Six months after murder, Toledo father wants justice for his daughter

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Toledo father is looking for the public's help in the search for his daughter's killer. Stevona Turner-Sandridge and Richard Villolovos were gunned down inside a car in November. That shooter is still on the loose.

Turner-Sandridge’s father wants justice for his daughter and he knows people have information they're not revealing.

Steven Turner doesn't get phone calls from his baby girl Stevona anymore checking in on him or talking about his grandkids.

"It's just kinda hard not having her around no more," said Turner.

In the early morning hours of November 11th Turner-Sandridge and Villolovos were found dead inside a car on Lewis Avenue near Sylvania Avenue in Toledo.

Turner remembers getting the call to go to the hospital.

"I walked in with a room full of people, 5 o'clock in the morning, I asked where my baby was and they said.... they gave me that look that she was dead," said Turner.

Over 6 months later no arrests and he's getting frustrated. He knows people have information they're not sharing.

"There's just too many people involved," said Turner.

Now he waits for any new information or leads that could lead to an arrest.

"Turn yourselves in. Let the police know what's going on. I'd hate for anyone else to be in this position,” said Turner.

Toledo police were looking for a gray Dodge Avenger in connection with the shooting. If you know anything about it or the shooting call police.
