TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For the 5th weekend in a row, a storm system is heading to northwest Ohio.
We will stay dry through the morning and most of the afternoon, but rain begins after 4:00 PM. Showers and a few thunderstorms are likely Saturday evening. Up to an inch of rain is expected through the area by early Sunday morning.
As the rain moves into the area Saturday afternoon, temperatures will climb to near 50 by midnight, then drop through the overnight hours. By sunrise on Sunday, temperatures will be back down in the 30s.
Along with the rain, winds will crank up Saturday night and continue through Sunday. Wind gusts will likely reach 40 to 45 mph at times.
