TOLEDO (WTVG) - UPDATE: Dionte Perry, the man accused of killing Tavion Belcher in November, appeared in court Thursday.
He is charged with murder and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. His bond set for both crimes was set at $1,500,000.
Perry will be back in court at 9 a.m. on January 27.
Dionte Perry, 21, was arrested and charged with murder on Wednesday for the November 2019 death of Tavion Belcher.
Toledo Police say the killing happened on November 23 at the Westland Gardens Apartments where police found Belcher with a gun shot wound.
He was treated at the scene and transported to Toledo Hospital where he later died.
