(TOLEDO) - On a summer Sunday every year since 1992, patrons of the Art on the Mall have wandered about the University of Toledo campus. They've been inspired by the beauty of the school's open mall and noted artwork on display there. This year, the Art on the Mall celebrates it's silver anniversary on Sunday, July 30 from 10:00am-5:00pm.
The event is free to the public and will feature more than 100 booths. Ansley Abrams of the University of Toledo said "we are so excited to celebrate 25 years of bringing amazing art to the Main Campus of The University of Toledo. We have our generous sponsors, the fantastically talented artists and the wonderful community support, to thank for helping us reach this milestone."
Art work will include glass, jewelry, oil, photography, pottery and more. The work will be judged by representatives from the Ft. Wayne Museum of Art with prizes award to top artists.
Food and beverages will be available and there is a beer and wine garden.
Parking is available at Lot 1 South, Lot 1 North and Lot 13.
