Fourth suspect arrested in connection to Tyler Carr murder

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection to the murder of a 24-year-old man in East Toledo. According to Toledo Police, Adrian Eaton was indicted in the homicide on Friday and later picked up in Georgia by US Marshals.

The shooting happened around 4:00 AM Saturday, July 6th inside a home on the 1300 block of Ironwood, not far from East Broadway.

According to Toledo Police, officers arrived to find Tyler Carr suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was treated at the scene and taken to a nearby hospital where he died.

Three suspects had previously been identified and arrested in connection to the case. According to court documents, Dominique Roberts and Justin Wright allegedly entered the home, pulled out guns, and went through people's pockets.

A third man, Darion Martin, allegedly waited outside in a getaway car.

Police say shortly after the incident, several shots were fired and Carr was struck at least once.

According to police, Roberts and Martin were arrested and are charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated murder on July 7th. Wright was arrested on the 8th.
