FINDLAY (WTVG) - Kenny Bender was the man everyone knew around the city of Findlay.
They knew him as the man who rode his bike every day and everywhere. Kenny's life was cut tragically short in late September when he was killed by a hit and run driver while riding his bike one morning.
In his honor, his friends and family will be having a memorial bike ride in Findlay on Thursday with a police escort and they're looking for more members of the cycling community to lend their support and their pedals.
People who are interested in joining are asked to meet at "One Amazing Place" Church located at 207 E. Foulke Avenue in Findlay at 5:30 PM. The ride will begin at 6 PM.
