The body of 29-year-old Brittany Young has been recovered after she went missing at Nickel Plate Beach on Sunday. The Huron Fire and Police Departments recovered her body just after 11 AM Thursday.

Multiple agencies participated in the search for Young's body, using planes, boats, divers, and sonar to aid the endeavor. Rough weather conditions, however, made the process difficult.

Young is the second person to go missing at Nickel Plate Beach in the last few weeks. An 18-year-old man was also killed when he attempted to help two kids struggling to swim.

According to the ABC affiliate in Cleveland, Huron city officials have closed Nickel Plate Beach to the public due to the dangerous conditions. It will remain closed until further notice.
