TOLEDO (WTVG) - Bond was set Tuesday for a Toledo man accused to attacking his live-in girlfriend with a steel pipe and large hunting knife.
Charles Powell is charged with felonious assault. His bond was set at $500,000, and he's been instructed to have no contact with the victim.
Powell is accused to attacking his girlfriend by beating her with a steel pipe then stabbing her with a large hunting knife, causing her intestines to come out of her stomach.
The case was set to continue Wednesday morning in Toledo Municipal Court.
