Overheated air conditioning unit draws fire crews to Shoreland Elementary

WASHINGTON TWP., Ohio (WTVG) - After smoke filled a classroom at Shoreland Elementary, cleaning crews called 911 to help deal with the situation Tuesday afternoon.

According to fire personnel on the scene, the call came in around 4:20 p.m. and was cleared at 5:30 p.m. An air conditioner had overheated and was putting out a lot of smoke.
