Former Fremont Police Detective sentenced to 2 years in prison

FREMONT, Ohio (WTVG) A former Sandusky County detective was sentenced to 24 months in prison for tampering with evidence in a murder case. Heather Bogel was found dead in the trunk of her car in Clyde in 2015. Sean O'Connell was the lead detective in the homicide investigation. He mislead the prosecutor by failing to give all the information about evidence in the case.
