TOLEDO (WTVG) - Jim Gee, the former General Manager of TARTA, appeared before a judge Thursday and entered a plea of No Contest on charges of OVI stemming from an incident back in July.

Following the plea, the court found Gee guilty of the charges. He has been ordered to pay an $850 fine and was sentenced to 180 days, 177 of which have been suspended. The remaining days will be served in a driving intervention program.

Gee will also be placed on probation for one year, must complete 25 hours of community service, and his license will be suspended for a year.

Gee was suspended from his position at TARTA following the OVI charge. TARTA's board eventually removed him from his position.
