FINDLAY, Ohio (WTVG) - Findlay police say 30-year-old Johnathon C. Suber has been arrested, four days after the warrant for his arrest was released initially. Police say Suber turned himself in to police at the Hancock County Sheriff's Department on Sunday.

On Tuesday a Hancock County grand jury indicted Suber in the death of 17-month-old Osiris Anthony Scott Walters. The Hancock County prosecutor says the toddler died from abusive head trauma. Suber was living with the toddler's mother at the time but is not the father of Osiris. The prosecutor says mom was at work when the boyfriend allegedly hurt the boy.

It happened in June of 2018 in the Highland Estates mobile home park. The baby died at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus in July.
