WESTERVILLE, Ohio (WTVG) - A staff sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guards is facing a sex crime charge involving a 13-year-old boy.

According to Westerville Police, David Jude Kerscher, 33, of New Albany is accused of "brushing his fingers against the victim's clothed penis" on June 28. Kerscher was charged with Gross Sexual Imposition in Franklin County Municipal Court Thursday.
