TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A few lake-effect snow showers are possible Thursday with strong winds developing. Winds will gust up to 35 mph out of the west later today, creating blowing and drifting snow, especially on those north/south roads.
Most of the area received 3-6 inches of snow with slightly lower totals (2-4 inches) in the southeast part of the area.
Northwest winds ranging from 10-20 mph this evening will increase overnight and become westerly by Thursday morning. Gusts up to 35 mph are possible. Blowing and drifting snow is likely to impact travel.
Highs will stay at or below freezing for five straight days to finish the month. The wind chill will approach 0 at times.
