Interview with Mayor after defeat

TOLEDO - (13abc, Action News) - Toledo mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson will serve just shy of three years as mayor after taking over when D. Michael Collins unexpectedly died one year into his term.

Hicks-Hudson ran as the endorsed Democrat against another Democrat, Wade Kapszukiewicz.

She lost by a wide margin and spoke with 13abc's Bill Hormann following her concession call to mayor-elect Kapszukiewicz.
