Marking a major milestone in Henry County. The community came together to celebrate a local man's three decades at the McDonald's in Napoleon.

Todd Rothenberger started working at the restaurant in 1988. He is part of Hope Services, through the Henry County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Kathy Wolf is Todd's mom. She says she's never held him back, and has always encouraged him do whatever he wants to do. She says she would love for him to start thinking about retiring, but he wants to keep working.

According to the owner of the restaurant, Todd is the kind of co-worker everyone wants. Jim Rivello says Todd is a great worker and always has a smile on his face.

Todd is a huge fan of the Liberty Center High School football team, and some of the players were on hand for the party Friday.

Kathy says there are a few simple lessons we could all learn from her son. Be happy, go with the flow and try to not always think about yourself.
