Local nursing home worker indicted on manslaughter charges

OREGON, Ohio (WTVG) - Ohio's Attorney General is investigating an employee of Arbors of Oregon following the 2017 death of a resident. Shawna Isner has been indicted by a Lucas County Grand Jury on two counts of patient abuse and one count of involuntary manslaughter stemming from the August incident.

According to the official indictment, Isner is accused of gross patient neglect between August 7 and August 13 of 2017, leading to the death of a patient only identified as E.W.. The specifics of that neglect and the circumstances of that death have not yet been released.
