Healthy Lucas County is asking Lucas County residents to complete a brief quality of life survey, the results of which will be used to identify and develop ways to improve our community's health. The survey to assess Lucas County's overall quality of life includes questions about health care, school quality, economic opportunity, safety and other aspects about the community. The survey also asks Lucas County residents to identify their main quality of life concern in Lucas County.
Information gathered in the survey will be used to help prepare Healthy Lucas County's 2018-2020 Lucas County Community Health Improvement Plan. As part of that plan, Healthy Lucas County is in the midst of assessing Lucas County's health needs, determining available resources, addressing gaps, and establishing community health improvement priorities and action steps. Findings from the 2016/2017 Lucas County Community Health Assessment with data about children, youth and adults are being used as part of the health improvement planning process.
