SYLVANIA, Ohio (WTVG) - The first round of the 2019 Marathon Classic officially tees off in Sylvania on Thursday morning, as the top female golfers face off for the title.
The tournament features dozens of golfers from around the world and will run through the weekend at the Highland Meadows Golf Club. Among the contenders is Brooke Henderson, who just took home Best Female Golfer at Wednesday night's ESPY Awards. This will be her first tournament appearance since that win.
Celine Herbin will be the first to tee off at 7:15 AM Thursday. Sylvania native, Lizzie Win, meanwhile, will tee off at 8:54 AM.
