Medical emergency likely to blame for deadly morning crash in Defiance
Police say one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Defiance Monday morning.
According to authorities, Ouida Johnson, 63, lost control of her car while driving southbound on Jefferson Ave. just before 11:00am. Investigators say Johnson went off the road and hit several objects before swerving back onto the road, hitting another vehicle driven by Maria Rocha, 45. Johnson was killed in the crash.
