Police: Michigan woman dies in crash

ROLLIN TWP. Mich. (WTVG) - Michigan State Police say that a Friday afternoon crash killed one woman, and injured another.

It happened just before 5:00 PM Friday, at the intersection of Glen Hill Highway and Rome Road.

Police say that, according to evidence and a statement taken at the scene, 42-year-old Dawn Dubois, of Manitou Beach, was traveling west on Rome Road when she lost control of her vehicle. Her vehicle crossed the center line and struck an eastbound vehicle.

Ms. Dubois died from her injuries sustained in the crash. The driver of the other vehicle, a 25-year-old woman from Adrian, was taken to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
