BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (WTVG) - More serious charges have been filed against the four men accused of sexually assaulting two teens in Bowling Green.
The suspects are accused of being involved in the alleged sexual assault of a 13 and 14 year old girl inside a hotel on Wooster Street in Bowling Green in June. The girls staying there with their mother.
One hearing was postponed Wednesday as the grand jury met in Wood County earlier in the day. On Thursday, the grand jury released its finding, indicting the suspects on the following charges:
Simon Juan: kidnapping, gross sexual imposition (previously charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor)
Juan Contreras: kidnapping (three counts), rape (four counts), unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (four counts). Contreras sits behind bars in Lubbock Texas where he awaits extradition to Ohio. He was picked up last week in a Lubbock home.
Juan Adiel: kidnapping (three counts), rape (two counts) and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (two counts).
Arnulfo Ramos: kidnapping (two counts), rape (two counts) and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (two counts).
The location of Adiel and Ramos remains a mystery but anyone with information solving that mystery is eligible for an $11,000 reward.
All four suspects are believed to be in the country illegally. Several of them presented bogus working paper to authorities when they were questioned. Contreras was actually deported from the country in 2017.
