$50 million National Guard development coming to Dundee

DUNDEE, Mich. (WTVG) - A "major" National Guard development is headed to Dundee.

Officials announced "the acquisition of land for a new Michigan National Guard project in Dundee" .

Senator Zorn says the Michigan National Guard will build a $50 million "super" armory in Dundee. Senator Zorn says he has been working with the Pentagon on the project for two years.

The development is expected to be "an important step in the Michigan National Guard's effort to protect the state and nation."
