TOLEDO (WTVG) - A Toledo man has been charged with multiple crimes after allegedly setting a fire that sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries.
Javon W. Golston is charged with seven counts of aggravated arson, one count of felonious assault, and two counts of causing harm to animals.
Golston will have his preliminary hearing on February 26. His bond was set at $50,000.
Officials say Golston set a fire to a duplex home at 348 Leland Ave. early Friday morning.
One person remains in critical condition after the fire. Court documents say Brettani Davis, 28, suffered multiple burns and cuts.
Davis was taken to a local hospital and is in critical condition.
The fire also caused serious physical harm to a dog named Rayne.
