TOLEDO (WTVG) -- Restaurants have certain sinks designated for hand washing. If those hand sinks are used for anything other than hand washing, it can be a violation.

That violation came up during a Standard/Critical Control Point Inspection 5-Jun-2019 at A Mango Restaurant, 5228 Monroe Street, Toledo. The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department noted 17 violations (6 critical & 11 non-critical). Among those:

X Slicer was observed to have food residue.
X Beef in the freezer was unwrapped or uncovered.
X Food debris in front area hand sink.

Nearly one month later, a sanitarian returned for a Follow-Up inspection. It brought the overall number of violations at A Mango down to 5.

13abc called A Mango during business hours. No one picked up and it did not go to voicemail.
