Restaurants and hotel join forces to support Anthony Wayne Student battling cancer
There's another added benefit if you choose to dine downtown.
Two local restaurants are supporting a young boy who is fighting a rare cancer. Robby Spanbauer was diagnosed with a rare cancer in April of 2016.
The Anthony Wayne Middle schooler has had more than three rounds of chemotherapy, seven surgeries, radiation to his lungs and abdomen.
The family travels to the University of Michigan about twenty times per month for care.
Brim house, The Heights and the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel are joining forces to help.
Five percent of all food sales over the next week as well as portions of all revenue from room stays and valet parking will go toward Robby.
