Springfield Local Schools hosts ALICE training for parents

HOLLAND, Ohio (WTVG) - Parents in the Springfield Local School district are invited to take part in training that could save lives.

The district, along with the director of public safety for Lourdes University, is hosting ALICE training for parents tonight. This creates simulated emergencies and helps parents understand how to handle emergencies and know what to do in order to protect their students.

The session is happening at the Springfield High School auditorium from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.

Only parents with students attending Springfield Schools can register for this event. Registration closes at noon.
