State Farm releases deer collison statistics
State Farm has been providing deer collision statistics for the past 16 years.
Ohio is ranked #20 for this year and was #22 last year. Michigan was ranked #8 this year and #9 last year, according to the data sent to 13abc.
November is reportedly the worst month for crashes, followed by October.
Nationally, deer, elk, moose and caribou collisions dropped from 1.34 million to 1.33 million, with it being interesting to note there are four million more licensed drivers on the road this year compared to last year.
