A Toledo pastor was placed on probation Monday after he pleaded guilty to an assault charge.
In February, Pastor Anthony Morris, his wife, Zelda and their daughter Kamali were involved in an altercation with a woman at the St. Paul AME Zion Church.
Aggravated robbery charges against Zelda and Kamali Morris were vacated in exchange for their agreement to attend an alternative program.
They attorney for Pastor Morris admitted in court his client had an affair with the victim, a Sunday school teacher at the church.
Pastor Morris will remain on probation for one year.
