TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A resolution passed by the Toledo city council will expand the use of parking meters downtown.

Meters will expand to the uptown and warehouse district. There will no longer be free lunch time parking, and the revenue generated from meters and tickets will go toward projects in the area.
Signs will be changing at some point in the next few months.
The city will begin enforcing the new rules by 2020 at the earliest..
