Toledo man indicted for allegedly selling fentanyl, other drugs tied to fatal New Year's overdose

TOLEDO (WTVG) - A Toledo man was indicted for allegedly selling fentanyl and other drugs that resulted in a fatal overdose on New Year’s Eve.

Bryan Mays, 30, was indicted on one count of distribution of a controlled substance, according to the US Attorney's Office which added that the charge comes with a potential sentencing enhancement for causing death.

Mays, who is also known as Sipp Nolte, sold a mixture of fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl and Tramadol on December 30, 2018, according to the indictment.

The next day, a person identified in court documents as C.L. ingested the drugs and died, also according to the indictment
