Suspect in Reggie's Bike Shop break-in arrested

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - One of the suspects in a late July break-in at Reggie's Bike Shop in Toledo has been arrested by police. According to court documents, Aaron Lipkins has been charged with theft in connection with the robbery.

According to those documents, detectives identified Lipkins as one of the men captured on surveillance video. stealing four bikes worth thousands of dollars.

Lipkins was also charged with Breaking & Entering and Felony Trespassing. Court documents also say police found Lipkins in possession of clothing worn by the suspect in the video.

Security cameras show at least four suspects breaking the glass on the side door of Reggie's Bike Shop and climbing inside. No word currently on additional suspects or arrests in the case.

A few years ago, multiple surveillance cameras were installed. They monitor the store at all times.

The owner estimates it will cost about $4,000 to replace the bikes and the glass.
