Authorities identify victims found in Madison Township home

MADISON TOWNSHIP, Mich.(WTVG) - UPDATE: The Lenawee County Sheriff's Office has identified the bodies as those of Randy Dean Davis, 59, and Sharon Louise Felver, 79. Felver is the mother of Davis, and they lived together.


The Lenawee County Sheriff's Office is investigating after two bodies were found inside a Madison Township home Tuesday morning. Around 11:30a.m. deputies responded to a call in the 2700 block of Roosevelt Avenue on a report of two people who appeared to be deceased.

Upon arrival, investigators found an adult male and an elderly female dead inside the residence. Deputies have not said how the victims died, but said it appears neither died of natural causes. The victims identities are not being released at this time.

First responders from Madison Twp. Police, Michigan State Police, Adiran Twp. Police and Madison Twp. Fire all assisted at the scene.

The Lenawee County Sheriff says investigators are not ruling anything out at this point. He is asking anyone with information to call 911 or the Sheriff's Office at (517) 263-0524.
