Authorities are investigating what started fire that caused a vacant house to go up in flames.
It happened on the 700 block of Woodland Avenue near Dorr Street and City Park.
The call came in around 4:00 Sunday morning.
Toledo firefighters say there was heavy fire coming from both sides of the home. The fire appeared to have started in the living room area.
Firefighters were able to contain the flames and keep them from spreading to neighboring homes.
Investigators say the utilities were shut off at the time and because the house was empty at the time, the fire is under investigation.
No injuries were reported.
