Wood County confirms first two cases of COVID-19

WOOD COUNTY, Ohio (WTVG) - The Wood County Health Department has announced its first two confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The patients are a couple in their 60s who had recently traveled to Europe. They have been isolated at home since their return to the United States.

They are currently recovering at home. According to the Wood County Health Department, no additional information about the patients will be provided in order to protect their privacy.
