Work on Marina District's Gateway Lofts could start in June

The Gateway Lofts project can be broken down into three parts:

1) Extension of Morrison Drive into the 15-acre site connecting to Riverside Drive

2) Construction of 360 apartment units, a clubhouse and pool, restaurant and leasing center

3) Development of commercial and retail space along Front Street

Gateway Lofts is what downtown and East Toledo have waited 20-years to achieve.

And it fits in with the city's efforts to create a Nautical Mile of development along the river the includes Promenade Park, International Park and now the Marina District and another Metropark.
