The University of Findlay volleyball defeated Cedarville 3-0 (25-10, 25-22, 25-16) on Oct. 19 in Findlay, Ohio. The win brings the Oilers' record to 17-5 on the season and 11-2 in the conference.
The Oilers hit .314 as a team and were led by senior Amanda Winner who hit .619 by recording 14 kills. Junior Izzy Murphy recorded eight kills in the win, while Junior Shelby Kin contributed six.
Senior Hailee Olson recorded 31 assists against the Yellow Jackets.
Senior Kara Scherger led the team defensively with 15 digs, while sophomore Ally Duncan and Winner each recorded eight.
The Oilers will be back in Croy Gymnasium tomorrow where they will face Tiffin University at 2:00pm.
