Entering Sunday in 12th place at the Cardinal Classic, Lourdes has a solid final day of competition, and rose four positions into eighth place at Munsee Lanes in Muncie, Ind.

“After a rough time on the lanes yesterday, the men rallied together and made huge moves early, but faltered slightly at the end of the day,” head coach Torrie Bartalone said after. “The men were out of their comfort zone but grew together as a team and know now more than ever that success is just around the corner. Kobe Franklin (Chicago, Ill./DRW College Prep and Skyler Briggs (Lima, Ohio/Shawnee H.S.) helped lead the team to new beginnings today.”

Lourdes will return to action next Saturday, competing in their first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree of the season. Lawrence Tech will serve as the host at 5 Star Lanes in Sterling Heights, Mich., with action beginning at 8 a.m.
