Dine in the 419: Saba’s Bistro

MAUMEE, Ohio (WTVG) - You don’t need a room at the Holiday Inn to dine at Saba’s Bistro, but you may want one after indulging in the made-to-order food and hand-crafted cocktails.

Located inside the Holiday Inn at 1705 Toll Gate Dr, Maumee, OH 43537, Saba’s Bistro is run by third-generation restauranteurs. Bruce Saba grew up in the restaurant industry, and he brings all of his experience to the table.

Today, we watch as Chef Dan prepares hand-made Reuben Rolls and Bourbon Chicken with sauce made from scratch. Then, we head to the bar where Christy mixes a Gingerbread Old Fashioned.
