USAA customers experience disruptions in online, app services

(Gray News) - Some USAA customers around the country are experiencing disruptions in online and app services.

Several customers across the United States posted on X, saying they could not access their accounts by using the online site or through the app.

The financial services provider responded on X, “We are aware that some members are unable to access their accounts on http://usaa.com and the mobile app. Our teams are working diligently to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.”

According to Downdetector, most disruptions are reported near large area cities such as Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
