After setting a new record high in the low-70s today, our focus shifts to Tuesday night’s First Alert Weather Day. Watch for scattered storms to start developing by late afternoon near the warm front along the OH/MI state line, with the peak window for damaging wind, hail and tornado potential between 8pm-4am. Downpours will add up to 1-2″ rainfall in some spots through Wednesday. Thursday provides a bit of a breather — mostly sunny and mid-40s — then it’s a windy close to the week, with some non-sticking wet flakes mixing in with a few rain showers early and highs near 50F. A similar setup will get going in NW Ohio/SE Michigan on Sunday, with more wind and mixed precip.
