Stubborn fog has carried into the afternoon, especially west of I-75. Watch for more mist to redevelop overnight, with a few sprinkles along the OH/MI state line -- and more highs in the 50s. Wednesday will likely be our warmest day in 3 months, with southwest gusts pushing us into the 60s and some rumbles of thunder early. A second windy/rainy system will race through Friday, sending temps down to more average levels in the 30s/40s for the weekend.
