Delaney Ruth is a multimedia journalist and producer for 13abc Action News, starting in June 2021.
Delaney is a proud graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. While at OU, she got her start in television at WOUB Public Media, a PBS affiliate in Athens. She worked at WOUB as a multimedia journalist, anchor, and producer for Newswatch.
While in college, Delaney had the opportunity to live in NYC and intern for the TODAY Show. She also interned for Fox 8 News Cleveland’s morning show New Day Cleveland.
After growing up in the Akron area, Delaney is looking forward to exploring her new home in the Glass City.
